Teknos Siloksan Gel Additive is a water-borne gel containing polysiloxane for use together with Teknos Siloksan Fa?ade Silicone Emulsion Paint on mineral surfaces (the SILOKSAN method). Saves from 1-3 separate primings and saves thus also application costs. Teknos Siloksan Gel Additive will improve the water-repellent qualities of the substrate by preventing rain and splash water from penetrating into the structures. Allows water vapour from the structure to penetrate. Diminishes seepage of salts to the surface of the structure. Teknos Siloksan Gel should be only used with Teknos Siloksan Facade. Mix with Teknos Siloksan Fa?ade Silicone Emulsion Paint before painting, in the ratio 9 litre paint to 1 litre gel. -
Siloksan Facade is a water-borne, full-matt silicone emulsion based masonry paint for mineral surfaces. Teknos Siloksan Fa?ade is formulated for use on mineral external masonry such as concrete, plaster, lime-sand brick, lime based renders and mineral boards. Suitable for application onto new and previously painted facades outdoors. Available in 2.7, and 9 Litres. Tintable to RAL and BS Colours as well Teknos inhouse colours.
